By booking coaching, you agree to the terms below. 1. What Coaching Is Saffron Phoenix Coaching provides professional coaching. Coaching is a reflective, future-focused partnership. It is not therapy, counselling, medical, legal, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing. Coaching does not guarantee outcomes. If you need specialist or emergency support, you agree to seek this from a qualified professional. 2. How Coaching Works • Sessions are delivered online only • Coaching is collaborative and based on trust and respect • Payment is required in advance unless agreed otherwise • Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice (normally 48 hours) • Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded This practice follows the ICF Code of Ethics. 3. Confidentiality & Safeguarding Coaching sessions are confidential. Confidentiality may be broken only if there is a serious risk of harm to you or others, or where disclosure is required by law. In such situations, appropriate safeguarding action may be taken. 4. Equality & Inclusion Coaching is offered respectfully and without discrimination.
