Higher Frequencies - Finding Clarity in The Quiet

What are you missing because it isn’t loud?

Where are you reacting to instead of listening?

What feels small, but keeps returning?

What would change if you paused first?

Is urgency speaking - or intuition?

What is your body already telling you?

What truth whispers before it shouts?

What decisions are you holding alone - with no space to think?

Frequencies of thinking

Phoenix Whispers

Rise Strong. Rise Renewed.

Most days are shaped by what’s loud.

Deadlines. Requests. The next thing demanding attention.

We respond quickly because urgency trains us to.

But what if the guidance we most need isn’t loud at all?

I recently learned that European hedgehogs can hear frequencies far higher than humans - faint signals that help them stay safe, orient themselves, and keep moving forward.

This made be pause.

Because our lives are full of information like that too - quiet, subtle, easy to miss when everything feels noisy.

But clarity doesn’t come from listening harder to what’s loud.

It comes from tuning in to what’s subtle.

What whispers is often what’s truest.

• Notice what whispers, not what shouts

Pay attention to small shifts - tension in your body, a recurring thought, a quiet sense of misalignment.

• Pause before responding

Stillness sharpens perception. Even a brief pause creates space to hear what matters beneath urgency.

• Trust sensitivity as strength

Listening deeply isn’t hesitation - it’s intelligence working at a higher frequency.

The Whisper

When the world feels loud, tune into the quiet - your next step often lives in the frequency you almost miss.

If you slowed down enough to listen today, what subtle signal might be asking for your attention?

You don’t need to think faster or push harder.

You need space to listen.

Many school leaders believe the answers live in what’s urgent -

the emails, the deadlines, the next decision that can’t wait.

Over time, leadership starts to feel noisy, reactive, and heavier than it should.

Unspoken realities often include:

Decision fatigue.

Carrying other people’s emotions.

A quiet sense that something is off - but no time to name it.

Always being the steady one.

This is not weakness.

It’s leadership.

This week’s focus is HIGHER FREQUENCIES - the message behind the noise.

Most leaders assume they already notice what matters.

What’s often missing is the space, challenge, and safety to tune in more finely.

This isn’t about doing more.

It’s about listening differently.

In coaching, we slow the thinking down:

  • Separate noise from signal

  • Step out of reaction and into choice

  • Notice subtle patterns you’re too close to see

  • Reconnect with your own judgement and intuition.

Coaching isn’t advice-giving or fixing.

It’s a thinking partnership - a place where your leadership can hear itself clearly again.

Whatever your focus, coaching changes how you lead, not just how you feel.

I help empower overwhelmed school leaders to ignite clarity,

reclaim their time and renew their energy.

Empower. Ignite. Renew.

I’m here when you’re ready to explore your next step.
